SiteHQ is a cloud-based construction management platform providing AI-assisted document generation, quoting, project management, CRM, and third-party integrations. The service is operated by Thornton Capital, a UK company, and is available at app.site-hq.ai.
By creating an account and using SiteHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to select a paid plan or your account will revert to read-only access.
Paid plans: Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed at app.site-hq.ai/billing. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise SiteHQ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
You own all data, documents, and content you create or upload to SiteHQ. You grant SiteHQ a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
SiteHQ does not claim ownership of your data. On cancellation, you may export your data. After the retention period described in our Privacy Policy, your data will be deleted.
Important — please read carefully
All documents, quotes, programmes, and other content generated by SiteHQ's AI features are AI-assisted outputs. They are provided as starting points and templates only.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use. SiteHQ makes no warranty that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
SiteHQ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on AI-generated content without appropriate human review.
Critical — H&S documents require professional review
RAMS, CPPs, method statements, risk assessments, and all other health and safety documents generated by SiteHQ are template outputs based on the project information you provide. They are not a substitute for professional H&S advice.
You must have all H&S documents reviewed by a competent person before use on site, as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and applicable health and safety legislation. SiteHQ is not a CDM Principal Designer, CDM Coordinator, or H&S consultant and does not accept any such role.
SiteHQ accepts no liability for any health and safety incident, injury, death, enforcement action, or legal liability arising from the use of documents generated by the platform.
You agree not to:
SiteHQ aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Business plan subscribers receive priority support. No uptime SLA is offered on Trial or Starter plans.
You may terminate your account at any time via the billing settings. SiteHQ may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
On termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, data will be retained per our Privacy Policy and then deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteHQ's total liability to you in connection with these terms or the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SiteHQ shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
